Description
Model 1080 comes with a mortise cylinder housing (model 1070) and an IC Core (model 8000). It is also furnished with 2 keyblanks that match the kewyay of the IC Core.
What is not furnished but is required is a Control Key. The only function of a Control Key is to insert or remove the IC core.
Model 1080-114 is 1-1/4” long, which is the standard length for a 6-pin IC Core housing.
If you have a 7-pin system you will need a longer housing, which can be special-ordered from the factory.
